Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before booking any services with [Your Business Name] (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By securing a booking, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.


1. Services Offered

We specialize in:

  • Cake Decorating

  • Catering

  • Charcuterie Displays

  • Grazing Tables

  • Dessert Displays

  • Appetizer Displays

  • Private Chef Services

  • Event Staffing


2. Booking, Deposits & Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Your event date is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

  • The remaining balance is due no later than one (1) week prior to your event.

  • In certain situations, alternate payment arrangements may be discussed, but approval is not guaranteed and is granted at our sole discretion.


3. Delivery Policy

  • We deliver within a 30-minute radius of New Orleans proper.

  • Sunday deliveries are subject to an additional surcharge.

  • Disposable wares are provided with your order. If non-disposable or rental wares are preferred, a 2-week advance notice is required and additional rental fees will apply.


4. Equipment Returns

  • Any equipment (e.g., serving trays, stands, utensils) provided for your event must be returned within 3 days of the event.

  • Failure to return items within this timeframe may result in a replacement fee or additional charges.


5. Cakes & Dessert Handling

  • Once a cake or dessert display is delivered or handed off to the client, we are no longer responsible for any damages or mishandling.

6. Food Safety & Allergens

  • We strictly follow all local, state, and federal food safety regulations, including proper labeling and temperature controls.

  • We do not prepare items containing nuts as a general rule. If a custom item does contain nuts:

    • We will clearly label it.

    • We do not assume any liability for allergic reactions or issues experienced by you or your guests.

  • After delivery, the responsibility of safe food handling transfers to the client.


7. Outside Food Policy

  • We do not provide any non-dessert food items (e.g., charcuterie, appetizers, catering) if food from outside sources is also being served at your event.

  • This policy is in place to protect our business and ensure clear accountability in the event of food-related issues.


8. Liability

  • We are not liable for any damages, losses, illnesses, or adverse reactions that may occur after food or cakes have been delivered and accepted.

  • All services are provided on an “as is” basis, and we make no warranties other than those stated herein.


9. Changes & Cancellations

  • Any request to change or cancel your order must be made in writing and is subject to approval.

  • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations.


10. Agreement

By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
